Philips E1 monitorsPhilips launches the E1 monitor series-- a display family promising both elegant design and features ideal for customers both at home and the office, including Adaptive Sync/AMD FreeSync, LowBlue Mode and Flicker-Free technology.

Available in 24-, 27- or 32-inch sizes in Full HD, Quad HD or 4K UHD resolutions, the E1 series offers x6 curved models (241E1SCA, 271E1SCA, 272E1CA, 322E1C, 325E1C, and 328E1CA) and x2 flat-screen models with IPS panels (245E1S and 275E1S). The curved monitors offer a deep 1500R curvature and sit on a stand complete with hassle-free cable management, while the flat-screen models promise extra-wide viewing angles together with crisp images and accurate colours.

Philips says the HD models (241E1SCA, 271E1SCA, 272E1CA, and 322E1C) provide "outstanding true-to-life picture quality," while the Quad HD monitors carry CrystalClear technology. The 4K UHD model (328E1CA) is UltraClear, and aimed for uses such as CAD and 3D graphics. Several models (245E1S, 325E1C, and 328E1CA) also feature Ultra Wide-Color technology for a wider colour spectrum, and all monitors feature Adaptive Sync/AMD FreeSync for smooth, artefact-free visuals and a SmartImage game mode with quick-access OSD aimed at gaming use.

The monitors include multiple connectivity options depending on the model, including HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA. A LowBlue mode reduces shortwave blue light, FlickerFree technology regulates brightness for more comfortable viewing and the adjustable stand is tiltable by -5/20° to reduce neck and back strain. All monitors are RoHS-compliant and ship inside 100% recycled packaging, and some models are Energy Star 7.0 certified.
