ID-Cooling announces a cooling system ideal for owners of small form-factor (SFF) PCs-- the IS-50X, a cooler aimed for use with CPUs with a TDP rating of up to 130W featuring a design just 57mm tall.
The IS-50X carries a 120mm PWM fan with 13 curved blades able to rotate at 600-1600RPM. The result, ID-Cooling says, is airflow reaching up to 53.6CFM, with a maximum load noise of 30.2dBA. Further boosting cooling performance is the addition of five 6mm copper heat pipes making direct contact with the CPU heat spreader, together with anoffset fin design with the cooler hanging over the I/O area, thus not getting in the way of tall RAM modules.
In total the cooler measures 122 x 120 x 75mm and weighs 35g. It is compatible with both Intel and AMD systems covering LGA1151/1150/1155/1156 (Intel) and AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1/FM2/FM2+/AM4 (AMD), allowing for a wide range of support.
