Antec launches an entry-level mid tower gaming PC chassis-- the GX202, a tower featuring SECC and perspex construction complete with a detachable mesh front and a pair of pre-installed white LED fans in the front.
The mesh front panel is detachable to allow for greater airflow, as is the dust filter in the bottom. The package includes three 120mm fans, and customers also have the option to fit a 240mm radiator. The front face has an I/O panel with two USB 3.0 ports, power button, reset button and mic/audio jacks, together with a 5.25-inch front bay for ODDs, sound card control panels and the like.
In total the chassis measures 450 x 205 x 435mm, meaning it fits ATX, micro-ATX and ITX motherboards. The inside can hold a 5.25-inch ODD, four 2.5-inch SSD drive cages and three 2.5-inch SSD/3.5-inch HDD drive cages, VGA cards up to 375mm in length, CPU coolers up to 160mm height and power supplies up to 200mm long. Seven expansion slots are available.
Antec is still to announce when the GX202 hits the market.
