AOC announces a first gaming monitor design in collaboration with the G2 Esports organisation-- the G2590PX/G2, based on the "acclaimed G90 series of gaming monitors" but fitting with the "G2 vision of competitive gaming."
More specifically, the G2590PX/G2 is a variant on the G2590PX monitor. It is a 24.5-inch monitor equipped with high performance gaming features, including 144Hz max refresh rate, 1ms response time, 400 nits brightness and AMD FreeSync compatibility. The 1920 x 1080 resolution TN type panel offers 1000:1 static contrast and 170/160-degree viewing angles, while connectivity comes via x2 HDMI 1.4, x1 VGA and x1 DisplayPort 1.2.
The monitor sits on a stand with pivot, -45/45-degree swivel, -3.5/21.5-degree tilt and height (130mm) adjustments. Alternatively one can use a VESA 100 mount. Also included in the monitor are x4 USB 3.0 ports and x2 2W speakers.
