OWC Digital presents a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C Dock ideal for use with the latest laptops, such as the MacBook Pro-- one featuring 13 ports and full Thunderbolt 3 support for transfer speeds of up to 40GB/s.

The dock supports the connection of two UHD 4K displays, or a combination of 4K, HD and other displays using the DisplayPort and Thunderbolt 3 ports. Two Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports support up to 5 daisychained Thunderbolt 3 devices, while five USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports support USB-A accessories, with two ports featuring fast charging capabilities.

Tobii Intros Next-Gen Eye Tracker

Eye tracking specialist Tobii announces a 2nd generation PC gaming peripheral-- the Tobii Eye Tracker 4C, an update on the previous Eye X model adding simultaneous head tracking.

The result, the company says, is greater levels of control, as the accessory adds an input modality to complement more traditional controllers. Thus customers can pair eye tracking with mouse and keyboard or gamepad controls for a more immersive experience, using their eyes to mimic actions such as looking for cover or aiming at a target.

Tobii claims the upgrade has five "key advancements"-- the aforementioned head tracking, a built-in "EyeChip" reducing CPU load and power consumption from the host PC, smaller and less bright illuminators, an integrated USB 2.0 cord and improved eye tracking quality.

Razer Updates DeathAdder Gaming Mouse

Razer announces an update of popular DeathAdder gaming mouse from 2006-- the DeathAdder Elite, featuring an upgraded Razer-designed sensor and mechanical mouse switches.

The mouse carries what the company claims is "the world's best optical sensor," the Razer 5G Optical Sensor. It reportedly tracks up to 16000 DPI at 450 IPS, with record resolution accuracy of 99.4%. Meanwhile the mechanical mouse switches come from Omron, and are designed to offer both fast response and a lifetime of 50 million clicks.
