Cooler Master Intros Cosmos C700M Chassis

Cooler Master adds a premium chassis option-- the Cosmos C700M, a chassis the company claims is the peak of the Cosmos line, with a unique frame design able to support conventional, chimney, inverse or fully custom layouts.

Cosmos C700MThe C700M is designed for custom PC builders, with a removable motherboard tray, a graphics card bracket one can tilt from 0 to 90 degrees and a 400mm riser cable. Customers can mount the graphics card either vertically or horizontally, on either the PSU midplate or M. port. The inside also includes three cable covers, space for radiators up to 420mm in size and options to show off customised water cooling setups. In total it measures 650 x 306 x 651mm, and fits mini-ITX, micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX motherboards with up to 8 expansion slots.

The chassis includes brushed aluminium side panels and cast aluminium ahdnles and feet, as well as a double-curved tempered glass side panel for a view of the insides. Cooler Master also adds integrated ARGB lighting, with x2 parallel strips of addressable RGB lighting running from the top to the front panel and ambient ARGB lighting on the bottom.

Connectivity comes through the upper front bevel of the chassis, with a 4-pole headset jack (audio + mic), USB-C port and x4 USB 3.0 ports. The same area also includes a PWM fan speed button, addressable RGB control button, power and reset switches, and various LED indicator lights.

The Cosmos C700M ships to retailers by end 2018.
