Enermax announces a successor to the Triathlor PSU line-- RevoBron, a portfolio of 3 products featuring 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency and a semi-modular cable designed aimed at the mid-range market.
The RevoBron PSUs feature DC-DC converters for the generation of minor rails, together with twister-bearing fans. The internals feature Japanese electrolytic capacitors, while the addition of a Dust Free Rotation (DFR) function allows the PSUs to self-clean by rotating the fans in the opposite direction for a period of time in order to extract dust accumulated inside.
Max operating temperature is rated at 40°C, and protection features such as OTP (Over Temperature Protection) are included. Bundled with the PSUs is Coolergenie, a 2-in-1 fan controller featuring a semi-fanless mode (deactivates the fans under specific conditions) and fan delay (keeps fans active for up to 60 seconds after shut down in order to remove remaining heat).
The RevoBron range will be available in 3 models, 500/600/700W.
