The AOC AGON "Extremely Curved" 35-inch Monitor

AOC announces a 35-inch gaming monitor-- the AOC AGON AG352QCX featuring an "extraordinarily small radius of 200mm" the company claims is "the optimal curve radius for gamers."

AOC Gaming MonitorThe monitor carries an MVA panel in 21:9 format. It offers 2560 x 1080 resolution and 178-degree viewing angles, as well as 100% sRGB colour gamut and 4ms response times. The native refresh rate is 200Hz, while Adaptive Sync and FreeSync compatibility allow for automatic refresh rate adjustments between 30 and 200Hz.

Other gamer-friendly features include a low-input lag mode and "AOC Shadow Control," a gamma profile able to reveal what is lurking in darker areas of the screen. As for eye protection, Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light technology help reduce fatigue levels, and one can adjust lighting, presents and other settings via QuickSwitch keypad controls.

Connectivity comes through VGA, DVI Dual Link, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2ad, USB 3.0, audio in/out and microphone in/out ports. Audio is also inclufed via 5W stereo speakers built into the monitor bezel, as are multi-colour LED lights on the back and lower bezels.

The AOC AGON AG352QCX hits European markets from December 2016.
