TAPS for Touchscreen-Compatible Gloves

TAPS GlovesA recent Kickstarter project promises a simple means to solve the woes of customers wanting to use smartphones while keeping their gloves on-- TAPS, stickers made with an "extremely adhesive conductive materials."

Supposedly powered by "Nanotips" and "military-grade" polyurethane, the TAPS stickers are flexible and should withstand a extreme wear conditions, including those involving water and snow, while allowing capacitive touchscreen use. Interestingly the TAPS are also compatible with fingerprint readers, since each sticker has a unique fingerprint, even if such a feature much cause worries in case one loses their gloves.

The TAPS already surpassed the initial crowdfunding pledge goal, and as such shipments of packs with 4 stickers are to start from December 2016.
