Taiwanese PC component maker Antec takes to Computex 2018 to present its entry in the memory business with no less than 5 families of DDR4 DIMMs with performance profiles ranging from entry-level to enthusiast.

Antec memoryIn all, Antec offers the 1-series for system integrators, the 3-series for entry-level DIY builds, the 5-series TUF Gaming for mainstream DIY builds and the 7-series for enthusiasts. The modules are based on DRAM chips from various suppliers according to performance and overclocking requirements, and the 5- and 7-series include RGB lighting.

The company is still to finalise the performance of the modules, but the 5-series tops at around 3000 MT/s. The 7-series promises somewhat faster performance, while the 1- and 3-series should be lower-end.

Also still unconfirmed is the release date of the memory series, but Antec says they should hit the market by Q3 2018.
