Razer announces the Blade Stealth at CES 2016-- an "ultimate" ultrabook featuring a 12.5-inch touchscreen, 6th gen Intel Core i7 processor, PCIe SSD and 8GB RAM in a sleek aluminium chassis.

Razer Blade StealthThe touchscreen comes in 2 resolutions, 3840x2160 or 2560x1440, with both displays promising wide viewing angles and high colour saturation. Connectivity comes through Thunderbolt 3, USB-C and USB 3.0 ports.

The laptop also caters for the lovers of backlit keyboards, since it features individually backlit RGB keys and Chroma technology providing 16.8 million customisable colours.

Interestingly Razer kept Blade Stealth slim and lightweight by eliminating the gaming hardware it is best known for. To add further graphics capability customers need to hook it up to Core, a GPU dock able to house "virtually any popular desktop graphics card from both AMD and Nvidia."

The Core is platform-agnostic, and as such is technically compatible with any laptop featuring a Thunderbolt 3 port and Intel detachable graphics support.

The Razer Blade Stealth ships later on January 2016, while the Core should hit the market sometime during H1 2016.
